Weekly Inspections
To establish safety, maintain quality, and ensure that accommodation is in accordance with SNF Regulations, the employer, the owner/manager, and the employees of KaFra Housing are entitled to perform a check of the accommodation.
At KaFra Housing we highly respect the privacy of our residents and therefore we established pre-announced schedules for those inspections

If maintenance has been scheduled to be carried out residents are obligated to provide access to the accommodation to the parties who will carry out the work.
